No dents, Chrome is good, hasn't ran in years but ran when tested a few years back. Will need to be towed. Clean Title, DMV Non-Op No Back Fees Due
I drive Mercedes and like them a lot. I bought this car with the intention of troubleshooting the window 12v supply, clean the gas, change the oil and get some nice floor matts, it is a rare find. I've owned it for months now and haven't found time to spend on it yet so I'm casting a line out there to see if someone else has the time.
I also bought a 1996 Mercedes Sl500 Roadster Convertible, Black, with the intention of restoring it, they are rare and hard to find.
a 2001 Jaguar XK8 Convertible, with the intention of restoring it, they are rare and hard to find.
a 2000 Jaguar XJ8, Black, to use the engine for the XK8 but decided it is too nice to just remove the engine it just needs a power steering hose, runs and looks great.
a 1999 BMW Z3 Roadster, Black, with the intention of restoring it.
a 1976 F350 Extra Cab Pickup, with the intention of restoring it.
I haven't decided to sell anything else yet, I need to but haven't decided how much on any of them. I am starting with the Mercedes 450SLC, it is the rarest but I will probably never drive it, I can only drive 1 at a time and I already have a 1999 BMW Z3 Coupe that is very rare as well and just sits because I don't want to put miles on it because of it's rarity.
I like them all, they are all really cool cars but there are just too may and my business does not allow me the time that I would like to spend with them, I also have 12 vehicles on my insurance policy, and yes, my wife wishes that I would get rid of all but 1 or 2.
You see where I'm going with this, I work all of the time and have no time to do anything else, especially, when living on a 2 1/2 acre property with lots to do on it as well.
Unfortunately the list goes on, 3 Sailboats, Never sailed, 5 Jet skis, Never Ridden One
I have decided to start reversing order of acquisition. I will sell this for a very fair price, I like when the buyer is smiling and so am I. Needs Floor Matts, New Battery, New Gas, Oil Change/Filter windows have no juice to them, I know electronics so that is a simple fix. Odometer reads 20,028.
So, If you would like a rare 1977 Mercedes 450SLC for a nice price and don't mind doing a little bit of shopping for new floor matts, locating the fuse or tracing where the electric supply comes from to the electric windows. Change the oil, filter, clean out the gas and get this cleaned up a bit. This would be a good way to begin.
I'm not asking much considering the market value, I know that I could ask more but I don't care. I just want to get control of my time that I don't have. If I keep it, it will just sit, like it has like most of my vehicles that need very little attention but I don't depend on them for my daily driving so they just sit and I keep thinking that I'll get around to them.
Have a Great Day
