How to Do The Community Feast Event in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight (2024)

The newest event to World of Warcraft: Dragonflight adds a lot of flavor to the game. These world events have been ever beloved by WoW players since the Darkmoon Fayre, and Dragonflight doesn’t disappoint, adding a slew of new World Events to the Dragon Isles including the new Iskaara Community Feasts.

While these events are entirely optional and outside the main campaign or story of Dragonflight, they’re a lot of fun, and perhaps more importantly, one of the best ways of improving relations with the Tuskaar that exist on the Dragon Isles. These feasts occur every 3 and a half hours exactly, happening in the hub of Iskaara, in the Southwest corner of The Azure Span. Players in Iskaara will receive a notice 15 minutes before the event begins, so it’s easy to catch.

Joining the Community Feast in WoW: Dragonflight

The main benefit of the feast is that it provides a relatively easy and simple way to farm reputation with the Iskaara Tuskaar. Reputation has always been difficult to increase in WoW, with faction quests eventually running out which slows reputation gain to a crawl. The Community feast provides a solution to this problem, and can let players max out their reputation relatively quickly.

The only catch to this is that to even be allowed entry into the event players will need to have reached Renown 3 with the Iskaara Tuskaar. There are enough quests in Iskaara that can give reputation to make this achievable, but it can still be a bit of a pain. The biggest hurdle will be getting the 2500 reputation necessary to reach the first Renown level and unlock the new quests from the Tuskaar village. Player's best bets are to progress through Dragonflight's main story and garner a reputation that way, and they should eventually hit the required level. The upside to all this work is that once the feast has been unlocked, it will be unlocked for all characters on a player's account regardless of level or reputation.

Once the required reputation level has been hit, players can talk to Chef Big Nook in Iskaara to join in. The Chef will ask you to help him make his soup for the feast, and give a variety of tasks to that end. Each task players complete will net 25 reputation with the Iskaara Tuskaar, and there is a wealth of them available, so players should ensure to do as many as possible.

Specifically, players should be sure to do at least 5 of the tasks, as an NPC called Pleeqi who can be found next to the soup will give a weekly reward for completing 5 of the tasks. Completing this weekly quest will net a massive 500 Iskaara Tuskaar reputation points, as well as a Supply-Laden Soup Pot item, which will give a variety of rewards, which can include the recipe for Gral’s Reverence, one of the Grand Banquet recipes of the Kalu’ak.

When finishing Dragonflight’s Community Feast event, players can eat the soup they helped build to get a buff called the Spirit of Sharing that gives some Versatility and heals the player character whenever they kill an enemy. Plus, finishing enough tasks to get the soup to Legendary status will trigger the spawn of a rare mob, called Bisquis, which can only be looted once a day. Bisquis will be useful for players in the Cooking profession, as he drops a collection of rare reagents. Players who slay Bisquis will also be awarded the Leftover’s Revenge achievement that comes with a transmog for staff weapons that lets players show off Big Kinook’s Spare Ladle as a reward for finishing the event.

Overall, the Community Feast is a great, easy event to take part in that has some pretty great rewards tied into it while also being a lot of fun and a welcome break from the more intense aspects of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. Players can check whether the event is running or not by checking the map and looking at the Tuskaar village for a horn symbol that indicates the event has started. The ‘Weak Aura’ mod and other similar tracking mods can be another way to track in-progress world events.
