I would give them azero ifI could. Myhusband ishaving surgery and needed aCovid test aspart ofthe pre-surgical testing. Iwent online and scheduled anappointment two weeks inadvance for the Friday after Thanksgiving. Wegot anemail confirmation, and the morning ofthe test, hegot avoicemail reminding him toshow upon time. When wegot there the office was closed. Wecalled the national office, gave them the confirmation number from the email, and they said they couldn't find that number intheir records. Itis stressful enough toget surgery, but knowing that the surgery could not take place without these results made for ahorrifically stressful time. Iwill NEVER dobusiness with Quest Diagnostics again!… – show

This little baby girl Lisa isbad. quest should take her out asap yesterday when Iwas there she thought that she's adoctor and she told methat it's late totake the test which I'm inneedfor. Quest should better hire Staff who just dotheirjob.. Iused quest inthe past and never had such ahard time likenow.

if icould give areview without astar thats what this location deserves. Call noone answers ever, walk into aroom with anipad and you have toguess ifyou can check inor doyou need appointment who knows. People sitting waiting and had not seen anyone that worked there inexcess of10min. Finally someone came out but the person did not interact with any patient waiting. when its finally myturn Iask the guy did hehave myscript fromDr. Icalled drseveral times and they sent multiple times and they had not received Iwas there waiting over 40min and still seemed disconnected and irritated. Ifinally and drove toLabCorp ingoshen. Nicest people and took meright inwith noissues. The girls were very nice and extremely helpful. Doyourself afavor and goto lab corp!… – show

wow! ihave been dreading this appt. for my2yr old son toget labs drawn. However, Lisa the phlebotomist was AMAZING! Myson was crying and amess, aswas Ilol. But she was socalming and patient. Sorelieved its over, but had agreat experience!!

I amusing this lab for many, many years. Every time Idid gothere, never had any problem. All the people working there, had respectful, avery nice and professionally manners. Ido recommend that lab toall kind oftests.

i donot recommend this location..
I made anappointment for7am, soi can get tomy office ontime. iwalked into this location6:58am. could not sighin, because computer was broken, noone came out tohelp till7:10am did not help. just went back with sarcastic attitude ==== bythis time itwas7:30am--- iwalked out--- will not goback tothis location.00

Went intoday toget myvery anxious daughters blood drawn. Check inwas quick and efficient! But the reason I’m writing this review isbecause Lisa and Scarlet were absolutely amazing! They made sure mydaughter was calm and they were sopatient withher! Itis anabsolute nightmare totry and get her blood drawn but Lisa and Scarlet were sogood! Will absolutely bereturning tothis Monroe location.

Worst Questlab! Would give zero stars ifit was available. Myson had a9am appointment today. With the app and online check in— helogged inat9:04. The message said wewill call you in13minutes. After anhour, hewent into see what was happening— the woman working was extremely rude— told him since hechecked inlate, his appointment was cancelled and hewas now awalk inand they were booked solid for theday! Told him hewould bebetter off making anew appointment and not waiting.I can understand ifyou are significantly late— but 4minutes!!! Wewent online and booked anappointment ata different questlab, got there and finished inless time than wesat inthe parking lot atMonroe. Horrible customer service and inall honesty, Idon't think Iwould want such arude and angry person touching myson totake his blood.… – show

This was one ofmy worst experiences with quest diagnostics inMonroe New York. Only 1employee was doing blood thatday, her name was lois. Rude. Service isawful atthis place. Iwas 8minutes late tomy appointment asI forgot mylabsheet athome. Iwaited now 1hour 40minutes?? Ileft, rescheduled atanother location.The service isgoing way down inquest diagnostics. I would have given Zero rating ifit was possible. Ifyou are walk-in, beprepared towait over 3hours. Even ifyou make anappointment, still takes atleast another hour tosee someone. One person handling everything, Iwent toBioreference- which isliterary 2min walk from Quest Diagnostic and got mylab done. Walk inandout....
very poor service, Iwould not recommend this place atall00

Lousy place, noregard for scheduled appointments.i had a10amappointment now10:40still waiting. The staff Isextremely unpleasant. Iwill Avoid asmuch ican this location. Ihave been tothis location multiple times and had same experience.I will never come back here ever again.
